Financial Policy

Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company.

We submit claims on our patients’ behalf as a courtesy. We do not have details of your particular policy, as your coverage is negotiated between you, your employer and the insurance company. We make every effort to determine an approximate out-of-pocket cost for upcoming procedures. Your out of-pocket portion will be based on insurance information provided by you. This amount is payable at the time you reserve an appointment on Dr. Bristol’s schedule, unless other arrangement are made. If your insurance determines that a service is not covered, you are responsible for the complete charge.

For your convenience our practice accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and we also offer Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.

Cancellations

We strive to honor your time by ensuring that each patient is seen in a timely fashion. For that reason, we request 48 hours’ notice if for some reason you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. This makes it possible for us to better serve all of our patients. A missed appointment fee may be charged if we do not receive appropriate notice.
