Our Insurance Policies
Our goal is to provide the best possible care to your children. Our focus is always on preserving their oral health, not their insurance benefits. We want to leave our doors open to you so your children can receive the dental care they need.
We do work with most major insurance companies. You can quickly find out if your insurance is accepted by filling in the form on this page or by calling our office and talking to our staff.
It is also wise to talk to your insurance company to learn about your dental coverage before receiving care. This avoids any surprises if your insurance does not cover a procedure your child needs.
Processing Your Claims
After your child’s care, we will bill your insurance company for you and track the progress of your claim.
Please understand that we do not make the decisions about which claims will be accepted by your insurance company or what portion of each charge they will cover. We recommend that you study your dental plan benefits carefully before starting your child’s treatment in our office.
You will be responsible for any portion of the charges not covered by your insurance.
CareCredit
We also accept CareCredit and other forms of financing for your child’s treatment.

Payment Is Required When an Appointment Is Made
We require payment for your child’s next appointment once we put them on our schedule. That is so we can reserve their appointment time with Dr. Bristol-Mártir. Appointments that cannot be kept should be canceled 48 hours ahead of time to avoid cancellation fees.
